Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Eddie Davies is a human resource development specialist with over 20 years' experience as a manager, counsellor and training consultant. He is an associate of several leading management consultancies and his work has involved him in conducting a range of interviewing and interpersonal skills courses for delegates from over 200 companies in the computing, manufacturing and financial services sector. He also works extensively with managers in the public service sector. A member of the British Association for Counselling, he is an Accredited Psychometric Test Provider and a Member of the Select Consultants Register of the Institute of Personnel Management.
