Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Suzanne Burn is a District Judge at Bromley County Court. Previously in private practice, she is a member of the Civil Justice Council and a contributor to The White Book. John Peysner is Professor of Law at the University of Lincoln. He is a member of the Civil Justice Council and writes for a number of leading publications on litigation matters. With contributions from Vicky Ling, Jim Palmer, Heather Stewart, Mark Harvey, Tony Guise, Tim Aspinall, Tim Wallace, Jeff Kinder, Georgina Squire, Gordon Exall, Margaret Langley and David Marshall.
