Fiona Beckett is a food and drink journalist who has contributed to the Daily Mail, The Guardian, and The Times, and the author of several books, including Eating & Drinking, How to Match Food and Wine, and Wine by Style. Will Beckett co-owns several high profile pubs and bars, including the Marquess Tavern, the Time Out Gastropub of the year in 2007.
