Inhaltsangabe

"Darrell Tunningley's story of transformation from armed robber to church minister is inspiring. Following a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ in his prison cell, Darrell at once began to be used by God to bring transformation to others. This is a fascinating book and I hope that thousands of people will find hope and meaning in their lives through reading it." Reverend Nicky Gumbel Holy Trinity Brompton "This thoroughly honest, authentic and inspiring book tells a death-to-life story that powerfully demonstrates that no one is beyond the love of God. For all of us who question the value, meaning and purpose of our lives, Darrell's story brings great encouragement and enduring hope. Lost in a world of drugs and violence, God broke into his life in prison and changed everything. His testimony invites each of us to demonstrate the saving love of Jesus by following him unreservedly, wholeheartedly, 24/7. Only in this way, as Darrell has found, do we learn to live life to the fullest." Matthew Frost Chief Executive of Tearfund Unreachable is an amazing story of how a young man, whilst an addict to drugs and serving a sentence for armed robbery had an encounter with God.Darrell after attending an Alpha course and becoming a Christian had his life turned upside down. Encouraging yet challenging, this remarkable story of God's Love shows that it is never too late to change the direction of your life. Reverend Paul Cowley Executive Director of Caring for Ex -Offenders and the William Wilberforce Trust "It is always good to be able to recommend a book in which the author is not just writing from a "head knowledge", but is a proven practioner in the areas of which he writes. Darrell is such a person, and I therefore have no hesitation in endorsing this book."
