James Scott McKnight started his career as an actor and studied, writing, directing and devising theatre in Edinburgh. He is now a children's author, creative director and brand professional based in London. Currently James is Franchise & Brand Development Director at The Blair Partnership working on J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World (Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts). James has worked on entertainment brands, publishing, marketing, and consumer products for over 13 years; from publishing franchises such as Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia and Paddington Bear; to global brands such as Spongebob Squarepants, Hello Kitty, Moshi Monsters, and Mr. Men Little MIss. James is an accomplished, writer, product developer and designer. He has developed and designed award winning products, packaging, style guides and marketing materials for many major global brands. James' book series, McDoogle's Monster Farm, is currently in development as an international TV series with the BAFTA winning King Rollo Films, coming soon!

Mark was born in 1980 on a sunny day in Aberdeen and shortly afterwards moved to rural Lincolnshire, where Ihe grew up. When Mark was younger he loved scribbling and doodling on bits of scrap paper. Although Mark wanted to be a golfer, chef and fighter pilot he found that his skills were much more suited to becoming an artist. Mark is an award-winning illustrator and has won the Nasen Children's Picture Book Award and the Sheffield Children's Book Prize. His clients include Random House, Simon and Schuster, Templar and Imagine That, to name just a few.
