Mahendra Reddy is Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at the Fiji Institute of Technology and Chair of Fiji s Commerce Commission. Happy Siphambe is an Associate Professor of Economics and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences in the University of Botswana.
