The book will focus on international and national regulation of industrial heritage sites, from an eminently practical viewpoint it will include studies of the Unesco rules, European Union regulation and Spanish law. It will then centre on a practical application of the law to the preservation of the industrial heritage of the Valencia region, with special emphasis on two major sites: The Sagunto Cement Factory and the Traditional Methods of Production for the Production of Ceramic Tiles.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Consuelo Sanz Salla is a Professor in the Department of Public and Administrative Law at the Universidad Jaume I in Castellon, Spain. She is the author of two previous books, La gestion de los residuos en la industria ceramica (Waste Management in the Ceramic Industry) and El regimen juridico aplicable a los residuos de la industria ceramica (The legal regime applicalbe to ceramic industry waste.) as well as book chapters and papers on sustainable waste management, tourism law and administrative law.
