Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Levi Roots is one of the UK's most popular TV cooks, having risen to fame with his Reggae Reggae Sauce. He was brought up in Jamaica by his grandparents before eventually joining his parents in Brixton, south London, when he was eleven years old. He was taught to cook by his grandmother as a child, and has enjoyed preparing Jamican food for his friends and family ever since.
