Practical advice, written from first-hand experience, to empower, inform and support you every step of the way, from separation to Decree Absolute

This book is written by women for women. It will prepare you for what you should expect and indeed demand from your first meeting with a solicitor. It covers the financial implications, the court processes, the most effective ways to communicate with your ex; also how the divorce will affect you, your children, your home, your family and your friends.

It provides a holistic approach to divorce covering the emotional, legal and personal journey and aims to dismantle popular misconceptions about the process. The authors have drawn widely from their own experience and on extensive interviews exploring the experiences of others, including solicitors and judges.
