Graham Jones’ experience of consulting with top level performers spans more than 20 years and includes working closely with senior leaders and their teams in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, top performers from a variety of sports and elite military fighting force personnel. Graham has more than 150 publications in the area of top performance, including several books, numerous ground-breaking studies in scientific journals. His recent publications include an article, ‘How the Best of the Best Get Better and Better’, published in Harvard Business Review, and his fourth book, Thrive On Pressure: Lead and Succeed When Times Get Tough, published by McGraw-Hill.

Graham set up TOP Performance Consulting Ltd (www.tpc.uk.net) in 2010 where he is Managing Director and continues to work with leaders and their teams in large business organisations as well as expanding his reach to charities and smaller organisations.
