Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Ann Gravells is a lecturer in teacher training at Bishop Burton College in East Yorkshire and has been teaching since 1983. She is a consultant to City & Guilds for various projects as well as externally verifying the City & Guilds teacher training qualifications. Ann holds a Masters in Educational Management, a PGCE, a Degree in Education and a City & Guilds Medal of Excellence for Teaching.
Susan Simpson is a teacher trainer at North East Lincolnshire Council Community Learning Services in Grimsby. She is also Head of Community Learning Services. She has 25 years' experience of teaching in compulsory and post-16 education. Susan holds a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, a degree in Further Education and Training and a Certificate in Education (Hons) in Business Studies and Economics.
