Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

jacklyn Williams is a teacher in teacher training for Cornwall Adult Education Service. She has 15 years' experinece in developing, managing and teaching adult education programmes in business education, Skills for Life, Key skills, and teacher training working in sectors including FE, personal and community development learning, family learning, work-based learning, and the Prison Service. Jacklyn holds QTLS status, has an MA in Education, a post-graduate certificate in Coaching and mentoring, and specialist qualifications in ESOL, literacy, numeracy and e-learning delivery.
Ann Gravells is a lecturer in teacher training at Bishop Burton College in East Yorkshire and has been teaching since 1983. she is a consultant to City & Guilds for various projects as well as externally verifying the City & Guilds teacher training qualifications. Ann holds a Masters in Educational Management, a PGCE, a Degree in Education and City & Guilds Medal of Excellence for Teaching.
