Review:

"Demystifies the meditation process . . . the goal is to create a sense of peace in your life so that bumps in the road don’t become hurdles . . . a meditation book for the masses: simple, straightforward and very achievable."  New Connexion Journal

"An all round guide to the whys and hows of the subject, including interesting background on psychology and physiology. There are exercises, case studies, resources . . . but it is the clear, down-to-earth explanations that make this such a useful book for anyone learning or struggling with any sort of meditation." Bill Anderton, Pilgrim's (January 2011)

"This small and simple looking book is one of those bookshelf diamonds. . . . This unassuming little text is a comprehensive and manageable introduction to seated meditation . . . a wonderful antidote to all those meditation texts that make you feel like you must be doing it wrong, highly recommended." Awen Clement, www.KindredSpirit.co.uk
