Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Alan Oliver has been covering Newcastle United for The Journal since 1980 and remembers, on his first visit to St James's Park in 1955, giving the ball back to Birmingham keeper Gil Merrick. Michael Carr is a diehard Newcastle United fan whose pivotal memories include watching Kevin Keegan fly off in a helicopter and worshipping Philippe Albert. Paul Simpson is a former editor of RG to Cult Football and FourFourTwo who has followed Newcastle from afar since Gazza first ate a Mars bar in the club canteen
