Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Based In - London and West Sussex. Both Antony and Nicholas Bird were educated at Winchester College. Antony became a town planner and then a publisher of military history books. Nicholas is an elected member of the Royal United Services Institute and writes for International Affairs the Chatham House journal. Formerly an art historian for Christie's and the Victoria and Albert Museum, he has been elected to the council of the Society for Army Historial Research. They now run Bird Battlefield Tours, which takes small groups to battlefields from Gallipoli to Gettysburg and Falaise to Verdun.
