Karl French is a writer and journalist specializing in cinema and popular culture. He writes a regular column for the Financial Times and contributes articles to national magazines including Hotdog and Esquire. The editor of several books, including Screen Violence and The Marx Brothers, Karl French is also the author of Apocalypse Now, Cult Movies, and This is Spinal Tap, The Official Companion.
