This book is based on real events and the characters are real. Kip takes the reader on a fun adventure, with the overall message being that of friendship and caring for others.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Shelley Shultz is a teacher, school counselor, and yoga instructor. She spends her time enjoying the tropical lifestyle, traveling between Key West and Anguilla, with her husband of 47 years and her 18-year-old best friend, Kip. Drew Banschback is a teacher and artist living in the serene Hudson Valley. By day, she helps students explore the world of art, and by night, she creates illustrations that are as vivid and lively as the valley's landscape. Her illustrations are filled with warmth and imagination, reflecting the joy she finds in both teaching and creating. Drew dreams of sharing her stories through books, hoping to inspire children to embrace their own creativity.
