Critically interrogates the powerful yet under-studied relationship between collective anthropological identities and affiliations (who 'we' think 'we' are) and anthropological methods, concepts and theories, both past and present. Attempts to decolonize and reimagine the Anglo-American anthropological mainstream. Revisits questions of anthropological multiplicity and plurality while exploring ways to build new bridges and connections between anthropologies and anthropologists. Puts multiple voices and anthropological styles in conversation within a single collection.
