Güner Koç Aytekin completed undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering, and MA and Ph.D. in Economics. Worked as a manager in various fields in the private sector for many years. Also, has been a consultant and manager in many public and private sector projects. Currently, is an associate professor in the Department of International Trade at Ufuk University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and has published articles in many national and international journals. At the same time, is the editor of the Journal of Ufuk University Institute of Social Sciences.

Çağlar Doğru , Ph.D. of Management and Organization at Ufuk University, Ankara, Turkey, completed bachelor’s degree at Hacettepe University, department of business administration. He received master’s degree in human resources management and doctoral degree in business administration from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. His research interests are concentrated on management, leadership, organization, organizational behavior, human resources management, and strategic management. He has given lessons in stated research areas, both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He has supervised many master’s theses on management and organization as well. Additionally, he has numerous research articles in both national and international journals. Moreover, he has many book chapters in the international publishing houses and he presented numerous studies at many national and international conferences and published at proceedings. He serves as editor at both international books and national/international prestigious journals. Among his hobbies playing piano and swimming come first. He speaks English, French, German and Russian. He is married and has a daughter.
