Meliha Nurdan Taskiran was born in Istanbul, Turkey. She received her BA degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, English Language.

Fatih Pinarbasi is a research assistant at Istanbul Medipol University and a PhD candidate at Yildiz Technical University. His major are business administration and marketing. His research areas are digital marketing and data mining. In his professional career, he has worked for British Standards Institution for one year as a digital marketing expert. He has been working for Istanbul Medipol University for 3 years.
