The BASNEF Model is an improved way to deal with understanding behavior, which is based on Value Expectancy Theory. This model holds that individuals will possibly play out a given behavior on the chance that they themselves see that it will give benefits as per their impression of their circumstance and requirements. Considering the issue above, the author addressed a lifestyle intervention program manual in the management of hypertension.
