Ready and Unashamed: A Pastor's Practical Inductive Study of Romans 9-16 - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

If ever there was a time when God’s people needed to be ready and unashamed, it’s now. It should be clear to the Christian that the unsaved people of our world are hellbent on moving further and further away from God. They are not only indulging in sin, they are promoting it, even legislating it. They are militant in their sin. Anyone who would dare call their behavior “sin” is labelled “intolerant,” a “hater,” or worse, much worse. Truth is the new hate speech! But we are called to be a restraining force against evil in this world. We are called to expose the darkness. Jesus came with a mission of bearing witness to God’s truth. We are called to be conformed to His likeness, to follow in His steps, to walk as He walked. Therefore, we too must bear witness to God’s truth. It takes a brave Christian to take a stand against the onslaught of sin. It takes a Christian who is ready and unashamed. That’s what this book is all about. Through an understanding of the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ revealed in the book of Romans, you can be ready and unashamed to speak God’s saving truth to a lost world.
