I believe that on the other side of your greatest fear,
waits your greatest success.
It's time to shatter self-imposed limitations!
The foundation of a memorable presentation is always a combination of planning and practice, practice...practice.
I created this 120 page journal to help close out distraction and focus your thoughts on the next presentation.
The world follows those who speak with passion and clarity.
The tragedy is that few are willing to pay the dues to achieve those skills.
Tips
Know your audience.
Don't rely on notes.
Know your message cold.
Leave your filler words at the door.
It's important how you're introduced.
Brief written intro should be large font, double spaced and given to MC in advance.
Intro should tell why you're qualified to speak on this topic and what people will learn from it.
Focus on your message rather than the one delivering the message.
A bold opening statement is important.
Present talking points in groups of 3.
Speak clearly and confidently with elevated volume.
Look directly at your audience and use natural gestures.
Pace your speech and pause slightly between thoughts.
Supportive quotes make great segues.
Tell your personal stories.
Summation of talking points.
Closing statement that mirrors the opening.
It's better to run short than to run long.
People will remember your stories more than anything else.
If you don't tell stories, you may not be remembered.
Practice comes before confidence.
