Archie was an orphan. He was sent to live with Mr & Mrs Philips. Their neighbours, Mr and Mrs Higgins, were nasty and scheming people and had a down on Archie; always plotting against him. After he found a gold coin whilst digging, Mr & Mrs Higgins decided to dig up the fields. This spelt disaster for them and rewarded Archie.
