Timo Ohnmacht is a sociologist at the Institute of Tourism at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. His research focuses on the interrelation of tourism mobilities and modernity, and leisure and tourism travel. He studied transportation and sociology at the Technical University of Berlin, University of Lancaster (UK), and ETH Zurich.Julianna Priskin is a lecturer at the Institute of Tourism at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She is an expert in sustainable tourism management, having 15 years applied research and consulting experience from Australia, Canada, and Switzerland. She is currently involved with various projects focusing on understanding the demand side of sustainable tourism, including how to effectively market and communicate sustainable tourism products to different tourism markets.
Jürg Stettler is a lecturer, Deputy Dean, Head of Institute, and Head of Research at the Institute of Tourism at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He studied business administration and political economy at the University of Berne. One of the projects he has been involved with in past years includes the analysis of the sustainable effects of the UEFA EURO 2008 tournament in Switzerland.
