Gary Maclean is a multi-award winning chef who has been hailed as a major talent, a gentleman of the kitchen, a world class educator and someone who could step into a three Michelin-star kitchen and feel at home. Gary was crowned champion of BBC series Masterchef: The Professionals in 2016, and was announced as Scotland s National Chef for 2018. Gary has also held executive chef positions at two of Scotland s biggest independent operators and his current role as Senior Lecturer at City of Glasgow College is what really drives his passion for mentoring other young chefs and creative cooking.
