Working daily in the distillery, she is responsible for the research, creation and launch of two new flavored gins. Andrew Parsons is also a founder and the Master Distiller at Sky Wave Gin. As an expert in the craft of distilling, he has defined and documented the strict production processes used in the distillery, refining them over time to produce the perfect spirit.
