Near the edge of a peaceful utopia, a strange creature breathes and watches. A strange attack, fatal consequences and a mission for a mother. A young family, a gifted daughter, and a message from beyond. In 'Protectors: The Beginning', the reader is pulled gently into a story filled with magic, promise, danger, and the ideas and ideals of duty and love. Who is Divine? Why was she sent to Majestic? Is a family's love enough to transform and save others? What does it mean to be a saviour?

Veronica lives in Sydney, Australia, with her family. She has a background in health, having worked in the public health system for over twenty years. Having given so much of herself to health, she felt that it was time for change and so went on to study law at university. Veronica quickly realised that law was not her passion and so, moved on to records management and, until just recently, ran her own team for a government department. Veronica now owns her own business where she has been fortunate enough to indulge her passion for making and selling her own line of fragrance, candles, bath bombs and soaps. During her spare time, you will find Veronica volunteering at the local primary school, where she assists teachers in the classroom, and of course following her other great passion, writing.
