Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Born in Gwent, where his father's family settled when they migrated from Ireland, Rick moved to Cornwall when he was very young. His stories of his childhood days in Cornwall are warm and affectionate, giving an unusual and unexpected backdrop to the Rick O'Shea the rugby world knows. Rick has established himself as an integral part of BBC Wales Rugby Flagship Scrum V. The book is full of humorous rugby and broadcasting anecdotes. But it also includes chapters on his venture into business (he bought the Cameo Club in Cardiff with friends), and his decision to train to become a doctor when he was 40.
