Émile Gallé (1846-1904) is one of the main actors of the French Art Nouveau movement and founder of the École de Nancy, Émile Gallé digs in his texts for the sources of his own art. Passionate reader of poetry, artist and botanic expert, he allows himself to read his mysterious and refined works through its nexus with litterature, philosophy and the contemporary art.
