Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Dr Dirk Buschle is Deputy Director and Head of Legal of the Energy Community Secretariat, the monitoring and surveillance authority established under the Energy Community Treaty.

Kim Talus is a Professor of European Economic and Energy Law at UEF Law School and the Director of the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law.
