She is a CharteredFellow of BCS, BCS Subject Matter Expert in Agile and Business Analysis, and holds agilecoaching certifications with the Scrum Alliance. Lynda has extensive experience applyingher knowledge of business analysis, Agile and change to help organisations overcomechallenging transformations, such as organisational agility. Lynda has co-authored "Agilefrom First Principles" and "Agile and Business Analysis" and is an experienced keynotespeaker on these subjects at international conferences.

Debra Paul is the CEO of Assist Knowledge Development Ltd, a training and consultancycompany specialising in business analysis, service design and business change. Debrahas co-authored several publications including "Business Analysis", "Agile and BusinessAnalysis" and "Delivering Business Analysis". Debra is a keen advocate of service scienceand design thinking and is a regular speaker at business seminars and IS industry events.She lectures on business analysis and requirements engineering at Henley BusinessSchool, where she is a visiting fellow.
