Gurinder Singh, PhD, is the Group Vice Chancellor of Amity Universities, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds the distinction of being the youngest Founder Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University as well as the Founder Director General and the Founder CEO of the Association of International Business School, London, UK. He has conducted international conferences, including the International Business Horizons Conference, as well as research conferences in India, UK, Africa, Dubai, Uzbekistan, etc. He has written books and research papers, and is the recipient of more than 25 international and national awards.

Silky Sharma is Assistant Professor of Management at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India. She has extensive experience in corporate HR and academia. During her stay at the Chiba Institute of Technology in Japan, she did collaborative research with Japanese academicians.
