This is a children welfare home having an architectural style dated back to 10 years ago. There are three low rise buildings forming a triangular circle.

The outer and inner walls of the low rise buildings are rotted and peeled, revealing the mossy inside of the walls.

The area surrounded by these buildings look like a children's playground, a kindergarten, having colorful but rusty toy horses, swings and seesaws.
