Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

David Turner was born and raised in Finchley, and although his family moved to Greenwich when he was only eight, he never forget his North London roots and his love for Arsenal having been taken to a game by his friend at the age of six and being totally blown away by the attacking display of Bergkamp, Henry, and Pires. David has a bachelors degree in sports science and is a qualified physiotherapist. He strongly believes that psychology has a massive role to play in recovery from injury and also in achieving peak performance in any endeavour. He is excited to help bring supporters closer to what makes the Gunners so special, while at the same time helping Gunners fans gain the psychological benefits that activity books bring.
