Paul Underwood is a professional magician, creative writer, and author of The Elemental Chronicles, a fantasy trilogy for children and young adults. He is also the author of Ninety Tiny Windows, a collection of flash and micro fiction.For over a decade, Paul has brought wonder to audiences across the UK, performing magic both on stage and close-up, weaving illusion and storytelling into unforgettable experiences. His passion for mystery and imagination also fuels his writing, where he blends adventure, heart, and a touch of enchantment.His debut novel, A Storm Incoming, was released on his birthday, 2nd May 2023, marking the beginning of The Elemental Chronicles. Paul has performed live at the Raglan Festival in Wales, entertained with table magic in restaurants and venues, and studied Creative Writing with Welsh author Lynda Nash. He went on to complete an NQ in Creative Writing with New College Lanarkshire.He now lives near the mystical shores of Loch Lomond, Scotland, and writes (truthfully) from the cupboard under the stairs, where he continues to conjure stories, magic, and a little mischief too.
