I help people get unstuck. Life challenges arrive at the most inconvenient and awkward times. When life seems to come to a grinding halt, I can help you find the ray of sunshine and move from darkness back to a place of discovery and hope.My ability to do this comes from both personal and professional experience. I've been through the wringer personally and I am something of an empath. Professionally I started in decision analysis consulting, progressed to business school, dove into digital marketing, and now work in hypnotherapy and coaching.¿The unifying thread is a passion for understanding best practices in how our conscious and subconscious mind work - and more importantly, how to help people who feel stuck see a path forward and get moving again.¿In hypnosis, I bring that passion to my work with clients, helping them to understand what patterns are in the subconscious and reworking those patterns to be in line with health and happiness.¿As a coach, I work with clients at the conscious level to develop a greater understanding of themselves, identify goals, ignite motivation and passion to address challenges, and make life-long changes.
