The purpose of this book is to get people thinking of leadership from a more practical sense. So many people in leadership make leadership too complicated. This maylead to leading incorrectly. Whether you call yourself a leader, or not, we are all called to lead, in various degrees or another. If you are not a CEO, a coach, a pastor, a military officer, a parent or a volunteer, you are a leader. If none of the above apply, you are at least expected to leadyourself. So, I challenge you to lead simply, practically and appropriately, but more importantly, with common sense.
