This book is used as a guide to help a court system set up a family learning program. The goal is to empower the family in the issues they face while on a journey with substance use disorders. The Specialty Court Family Learning Program provides three ways for a court to set up directed learning for family members. 1. use the From Legal Court to Family Table workbook, this has 12 core competency issues for the family to learn. It includes, study guide workbook and coping skills for each issue. The second program a court can set up is from a family member assessment, where the results are used to select court appointed seminar for the family to take. The third is also from the family member assessment, only now the family determines with seminar they will take. An assignment care and report card, all learning material with self administrated power point presentation supports this program.
