Princess Gordon-Aziz, Ed.D., is an educator and local church historian and has taught in the public schools of Nashville, Tennessee, and in higher education. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Fisk University and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Education from Tennessee State University, all in Nashville. Gordon-Aziz is a former journalist, having served on the Editorial Board of The Tennessean in Nashville and the World Desk of USA Today in the Washington, DC area.
