Rejecting Religion: A Study of the Book of Romans - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

"Too many people have grown up with the wrong idea of God..."

• What does it mean to reject religion?
• Is the path to eternal life what we have always been taught?
• How are Paul’s teaching different than those of Jesus Himself?
• Is grace the greatest gift of all or a deception causing Christians to sin?
• What exactly is the New Covenant and how is it different from all the covenants before it?

In REJECTING RELIGION, a lifelong pastor grapples with these questions and unravels the answers with an in-depth study of the book of Romans. From chapter one through sixteen, Thomas Wallace, as put to paper by Bev Swanson, looks at the gospel Jesus left for the apostles and how Paul applied it for the Gentiles of the day – and all who come after.

If you have struggled with the weight of religious perfection, impossible standards, and striving to be Christlike, this teaching offers you an exhale. You don’t have to try so hard, because Jesus paid it all for you. The power and freedom of your belief in Him as Savior is highlighted, analyzed, and offered in these pages.
