In July 2016, David Medansky weighed 217 pounds. His doctor told him to lose weight or find another physician, because he didn't want David dying of a heart attack on his watch. Within four months, Medansky dropped 50 pounds and now weighs 167. Born and raised in the Chicago metropolitan area, Medansky graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1991.
