The Parable of the Peacock II - The Saga Continues: A Read - Aloud Picture Book for Thoughtful Citizens - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

The Parable of the Peacock II: The Saga Continues takes a satirical look at the state of American politics as we approach the critical 2020 presidential election. Written in the style of a children’s picture book, the work’s rhyming couplets are best enjoyed read aloud.

Join the Barnyard gang as we highlight the low points of the past year and speculate about the post-election future.

The Parable of the Peacock II: The Saga Continues contains all of the new pages that were posted on the Peacock’s Facebook page since the original book’s fall 2019 publication.

The new book also offers four post-election scenarios. For each outcome, we get a view of the world the day after the votes are finally counted and another view three years later. Let’s hope we don’t need a third version of this book.
