In this latest adaptation of my original KNACK of Selling book, I have therefore widened the brief to ensure that our face-to-face selling finesse is portrayed as more than just technique and process - much more than simply the means to transact a sale.For we must appreciate that selling products and services is purely the commercial application of one of our most important life skills – the priceless gift of being able to communicate well with everyone around us … to relate to them with understanding, compassion, transparency, conviction, reciprocity, and honesty!This book is my contribution to conserving those skills.
