This journal will offer those in the various LGBT, gender and human rights a way to express yourself with plenty of pages of blank lined ruled pages too freely use as you wish. 

Get as creative as you want with this, to be used as basic written journal to express your feelings, thoughts, memories, experiences good, bad or otherwise. Paste or tape in you favorite photos of events of friends in your community, paste in a ticket stub to an event you attended, news articles or funny captions and write about them. 

The possibilities are endless but at the end of the day, just write it down, remember it and maybe someday, you can share it with someone to add some comfort to whatever struggles they are going through.
