This edition of Sir Lancelot Charles Lee Brenton's English translation of the Septuagint has been thoroughly reviewed by comparing two separate transcriptions against the original printed text to correct transcriptional and typographical errors. This edition is a transcription of the Greek-English edition that was first published around 1870. Brenton’s footnotes are not included. The text is presented in 10.5 point font for ease of reading. Volume II includes Job through the Prayer of Manasseh.
