A mafia hit man's decision to do a religious pilgrimage results in a trail of blood and mayhem along the Camino de Santiago. His not so innocent attempt to atone for his sins leads to a number of violent attacks on innocent pilgrims. The pilgrimage is complicated by a terrorist plot to bomb the cathedral in Santiago. His good intentions are further compromised by his romantic involvement with a woman he meets on the way. The final consequence is a murderous confrontation on the sea cliffs of Fisterra, the ancient end of the Earth.
