When Nick’s father has to cancel their Spring Break plans due to a work emergency, he leaves a large rental house for Nick and his friends to use. What starts out as a week-long party turns sinister as strange things begin to occur. After one particularly terrifying incident, the sinister turns downright malevolent. The group is shaken by the loss of their friend when she suddenly takes her life. When a second friend dies in a similar manner, the police and the local media assume they had some kind of suicide pact. However, the remaining friends know that what’s happening is being caused by something out of their control, and suspect that it’s something evil, but they are running out of time as their group is growing smaller. They have heard local tales about a curse and the information they’re able to find on the internet certainly points in that direction. Is the curse real? Or is it just an urban legend as they are being told? And can they trust the quiet local cop who seems to know more than he’s letting on? As they race against time to save the remainder of their group, they must unravel secrets more than one hundred years old.
