We follow five friends, Max, Kate, Clare, Hatcher and Hayden as they embark on their adventure at the Starlight Science Centre. Taking place in the small town of Appleton, New York, everyone is excited to venture off to New York City for the grand opening of the Starlight Science Centre. Max, your typical science nerd, has convinced his friends to join him at the grand opening for the science centre. However, strange happenings arise when they arrive at the science centre. First off, the fact that not one person seems to be at the science centre throws them off. As more and more seemingly impossible things occur, (talking animals? A time machine?) the friends realize that this is not any ordinary science centre. And as they venture further into the depth of the Starlight Science Centre, they realize that they have no way out. Every door is locked and they seem to be locked in for good. As they continue on their journey in the Starlight Science Centre everyone will have to use their smarts, friendship and a little bit of magic to find their way. But the real question is: will they ever get out?
