This is another wonderful children's educational cartoon illustrated book by author-illustrator John l d Barnett.Bubbles the baby elephant is born in the rainforest in the Salonga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.The little elephant is very inquisitive and loves to explore the jungle on her own. Unfortunately, she has to deal with the many dangers of the Congo Jungle and eventually she's captured and sold to a rainforest logging company who ill-treat her and make her work hard. Bubbles managed to make her escape which leads to more exciting adventures. This is a wonderful children's educational learning book about the wildlife and the destruction of the African rainforest not to be missed.
